Directions

1)  Mix all ingredients well.
2)  Use scoop #16 and brown on large 18 x 26 inch trays.
3)  Lift into deeper pans and cover with very brown gravy.
4)  Cover and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
5)  Serves 150 (2 each).
6)  Thicken gravy with Roux made from butter/flour.
